This AVS Siren is a data siren, this means that it can not be tricked into being silenced by tampering with the wires as it does not rely on a negative or positive trigger wire, it will continue to sound even if power is cut to it from the car (such as a thief trying to stop the noise by cutting the wires). The battery is automatically charged off your car’s electrical system.
